David Brown
David is the owner and founder of DB Heating Cooling. Born and raised in Pacific Grove he continues to serve the last home town. After completing his Bachelor's degree from California State University Monterey Bay, He started working in HVAC. David opened his own business in June 2021 and continues to grow. He is extremely hard working, dependable, honest, consistent, and attentive. David is a hands-on owner, he does everything from running service calls and diagnosing your systems issues to repairing or installing your equipment. He is your go to guy for all your HVAC questions and will help explain your particular systems needs in an easy and understandable way. In his downtime, David enjoys spending time with his family, participating in outdoor activities, and watching/ attending 49er football as well as Giants baseball games.

Devin Brown
David’s brother Devin has been working for the DB Heating Cooling team from the start. He is a Pacific Grove native and now lives in Santa Cruz. Not only does he have experience in HVAC, he is also a volunteer firefighter. He has an Associates degree from Monterey Peninsula College in Business Management. He is a team player, dependable, and diligent. On the job, you will find Devin running service calls, installing furnaces, installing ductless/mini split systems, and repairing or installing duct work. In his downtime, Devin enjoys spending time with his fiance, building computers, working on cars, and doing outdoor activities that usually involve his family members and blue heeler, Archer.
Michael Brown
Michael is a Monterey Peninsula native who grew up in Seaside, California. He is an extremely hard worker, quick learner, and a joy to be around. He has construction knowledge from his father who worked in construction for many years. He came to DB Heating Cooling from one of the major HVAC supply companies on the peninsula. In the field, you will find Michael helping install furnaces, AC units, and repairing/ installing ducted systems. In his down time, Michael enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, and long silent drives.
Cass Gill
Cass is a Monterey Peninsula native and has lived in this area his whole life. His background consists of customer service, the use of base unit measurements, and math. He is a hard worker, a problem solver, and easy to get along with. On the job, you will find Cass installing furnaces, AC Units, ductless/mini split systems, and repairing or installing duct work. In his downtime, Cass enjoys hanging out with friends, watching movies, and mountain biking.
Ruben Pulido
Ruben is a Monterey, South County Native. He holds a ‘Green Building Construction Skills Certification’ from the Center of Employment in Soledad and has two years of experience working in the field of HVAC. Ruben always pushes himself to do the best to his ability, is prepared for any job, and is very punctual. On the job, you will find Ruben repairing or installing ducts, installing furnaces, installing A/C units, and installing ductless/mini split systems. In his downtime, Ruben enjoys hiking, mountain biking, spending time with family, and doing projects in his backyard.
Luis
Luis was born and raised in Salinas, CA. He has a background in customer service and sales. After graduating high school with 4.0 Luis decided to join our team and build his resume in the HVAC trades. He is a quick learner and is great at thinking on his toes. During his free time he enjoys working out, playing a great game of soccer, going to the beach, and trying new activities.
Natalie Brown
Natalie, David’s wife, is a Monterey Peninsula Native, who grew up mostly in the Pacific Grove area. She worked in the administrative Field for over seven years and has a Bachelor's degree from California State University Monterey Bay in Visual and Public Arts: Museum Studies. She has a background in customer service, billing, marketing and sales. She is a team player, hard worker, and not afraid to get in the dirt. Natalie manages all of the permit processing needs for the business and handles all CCCE/TechClean Rebate programs. She also coordinates all of the DB heating Cooling team HVAC Continued Education through ‘InterPlay Skilled Trades.’ In the field, you will find her running parts, scheduling and helping conduct HERS testing (Duct Testing), as well as scheduling and attending City/County Inspections. In her downtime Natalie enjoys spending time with her family, attending Giants baseball and 49er football games, as well as hiking in our local state parks.
